Dr Michael Stringer
Michael completed his PhD at the University of Aberdeen working on the analysis of structural and functional MRI data in patients with stroke-like symptoms. Since joining Professor Wardlaw’s group at the University of Edinburgh he has become involved with a number of studies investigating small vessel disease, with a particular focus on the analysis of cerebrovascular reactivity and other imaging data. His research will centre on the development and implementation of MRI protocols for the assessment of patients recruited in this study as well as data analysis.
