Stefan Constantinou

Stefan is currently working as a postgraduate associate in Dr. Helene Benveniste’s lab at Yale University. He graduated in 2016 with a Masters in Pharmacology at University College London (UCL). He then held a research assistant position in UCL’s Alzheimer’s Research UK Drug Discovery Institute in which I was involved in the development, biological validation and running of drug screening assays across various multidisciplinary research projects in the context of neurodegeneration. In Dr. Benveniste’s lab, his work currently focusses on assessing the perivascular expression and localization of various protein targets implicated in the glymphatic system in rodent brain using immunohistochemical techniques in combination with MRI.
